Practical equipment guidance for the environments our expeditions operate in.
PREPARING FOR AN EXPEDITION
Good preparation is an important part of any expedition. The environments we operate in can include mountains, deserts, rivers and coastlines, and each expedition may require different equipment.
Our aim is to keep things simple. Once you book an expedition, we provide clear guidance on the equipment you will need and how to prepare for the journey.
Detailed packing lists for each expedition will be provided after booking.

EQUIPMENT HIRE
For UK-based participants who do not wish to purchase specialist equipment, hiring can be a practical option.
We work with Expedition Kit Hire, a UK provider specialising in outdoor and mountaineering equipment hire suitable for expedition travel.
Their aim is to provide a seamless first-class service for clients, offering top-quality clothing and equipment for expeditions in environments ranging from polar and high altitude to desert and tropical regions.
They have over 15 years of experience and extensive knowledge of the types of kit required for expeditions. If a specific item is not currently stocked they may still be able to source it, so it is always worth getting in touch.
EQUIPMENT HIRE IN MOROCCO
For expeditions in Morocco we can organise the hire of certain items locally.
This can include equipment such as trekking poles, sleeping bags and expedition duVle bags. Hiring equipment locally can often be a convenient option for travellers who prefer not to carry additional gear while flying.

These will include guidance on clothing, equipment and preparation for the different environments our expeditions operate in.
Until then, participants will receive a detailed packing list after booking their expedition.
